Here are my rankings for the All Time Best Geek/Web Music Videos, or the best ever music videos about geeks, games, computers, the iPhone, Web 2.0, Web 1.0, Web 0.1, etc.
Some of these are original songs, some parodies, some old, some new, some created by the singers themselves, some by fans. But they're all great in their own way. The only disqualifiers were songs without online videos and paid promotional videos or commercials.

9. Internet Killed the Video Star by eStudio.com (Or see this High Quality version: Press "Go" then "Play Video," and click "Lyrics On." This is a Web 1.0 but still awesome. Disclaimer: I had a very small, uncredited role getting this produced back in the day)

Honorable Mention
1. Web 2.0 song Nokia commerical (OK so this breaks the rule of no promotional videos).
2. Math Prof Rock Star by Jim's Big Ego. Audio only (hit the tiny play button/link)
3. I Love My iPod - great song but no video
4. Digg The Code by Geoff Smith (OK this video ends of being sort of a commercial for Digg, Cali and GeekBrief but the song stands on its own merits).
5. Several great songs by Geoff Smith, particularly "If This Geek Ruled The World." Sadly, there are not enough fan videos to go with Geoff's geek songs.
6. Facebook Song by the 2005 Miami U. Cheezies a cappella group
