Like the man says, you can't tell the players without a program.
The Joy of Tech has done it again, creating the MacWorld Expo Celebrity Checklist, which includes
Leo Laporte, Andy Ihnatkco, Merlin Mann, Amber MacArthur, Kevin Rose and more. Wait, Amber's going to be there? I'm definitely going, then. Also, expect to see Scott Bourne, Alex Lindsay, Megan Morrone and more TWiTs. There will also be some TWiT vinyl die-cut stickers (given out to anyone who can properly spell Inahtko).
Reports say this first aired on Dec. 13, 2001
Tech columnists Bill Dubie and Dave Sciuto, formerly of The Computer Report radio show in Boston, write:
"We miss the good ol’ days of the TechTV cable channel. Since G4TV has absorbed our favorite network, it’s been sullied by fanboys and oh-so-hip under-30 personalities. Give us the down-and-dirty telepresence of tech veterans Leo LaPorte, “Cranky Geek” John C. Dvorak, Kevin Rose and Patrick Norton. Heck, we’d even take Martin Sargent."
Of course, on the video front, they can all be seen online now in various forms. "The Lab with Leo Laporte" posts guest segments to Google Video, John C. Dvorak has Cranky Geeks, and Kevin is on Diggnation. And if you'd even settle for Martin Sargent, check out "Web Drifter." Also, Patrick is on Tekzilla.

Leo's interview with Kevin Rose in last week's TWiT 96 was commented on by Adario Strange on the Epicenter blog this week. It turns out that blogger Iowahawk did not release Rose's home address, but rather a fake address.
Helen A.S. Popkin of MSNBC's Netiquette that she didn't know how "adorable" Kevin Rose was until she heard his voice on TWiT 96. That's right, the TWiT network is host to the most attractive geeks (male or female) on earth. Perhaps we should start our own version of US Magazine.
