This video was done in 2002 about Dick DeBartolo and MAD Magazine on their 50th anniversary.
And this is the old video of "To Tell the Truth" that Dick wrote for (this one is from 1971). Bill Gaines fools the hosts as to his identity. You can hear Dick in the background yell "What a dirty trick" at about 8:30. Dick mentioned this video in a recent episode of The Daily Giz Wiz.
Giz Wiz Dick DeBartolo visits the QM2, a ship full of gadgets.
Each Friday on the Daily Giz Wiz, Dick DeBartolo goes to his Gadget Warehouse and brings out a gadget that never quite made it. This week it's the Honeywell 316 Kitchen Computer, a 1960s era computer that was just for storing recipies. It's a great episode.

Congratulations to Leo and Dick for reaching episode 500 of the Daily Giz Wiz on Friday! Woo-hoo!
See the YouTube video of Dick DeBartolo and the Mad Magazine crew on 60 Minutes in 1982, as described in DGW episode 487.
Here's a couple of videos I found on YouTube of The Daily Giz Wiz Dick DeBartolo on ABC World News Now. The first one is from Aug. 2007, the second from 2002.
Its always a lot of fun to edit the Friday editions of the Daily Giz Wiz (also known as the Dick's Gadget Warehouse episodes), because Leo encourages me to put in some echo and other sound effects. Basically I just listen to Leo's suspenseful and often (purposefully) rambling and nonsensical intro and try to find one or two background sound effects to accompany what he says.
In last week's Daily Giz Wiz 355 Leo said "go downstairs, turn on the TV." So I added a brief audio clip from the Match Game, the hilarious TV game show that Dick wrote for for many years. I used to watch it every day when I was a kid. This clip said "Jaws was eating blank" (At 56 seconds in).

A Daily Giz Wiz listener has created "InsideDGW," a helpful guide to the show. In keeping with the DGW hosts' tongue-in-cheek repartee, the blog says it "serves no useful purpose and does not even make its own gravy."
The Daily Giz Wiz comes out each weekday and is hosted by Leo Laporte and Mad's Maddest Writer, Dick DeBartolo. The shows cover one gadget each, and the length is designed to be brief, generally running 10-15 minutes for each episode.
Dick DeBartolo, "Mad's Maddest Writer" and host with Leo Laporte of the Daily Giz Wiz, also has some videos linked from his MySpace page.
